Information for Application and Submission Process
Submittal of a Design & Review application is required of some types of home improvements on DHHL lease property at Waiehu Kou 3.
These are the 2 steps involved:
- First, completely filled-out a Waiehu Kou 3 Design & Review Form at right. This needs .to include a PLOT PLAN showing the footprint of your improvement and where it is located on your lot, also any Plumbing or Electrical work done needs a licensed tradesmans number to accompany work permit.
- Second, DHHL may also require a form to be filled-out for a home improvement build, check with Maui Island office for more info at (808) 760-5120.
