From time to time a lessee may want to inquire, and most notably by written email, on a concern or question he/she may have regarding some aspect related to how the WKP3 Association business is conducted. This I believe is a legitimate request, an as an officer of this company, this organization, Waiehu Kou Phase 3 Association Inc.(LLC) registered with the State of Hawaii, I will attempt to do that to the best of my knowledge and with a sense of integrity. This responsibility is reciprocal and requires a commitment of the parties that pose those tough questions to be some what educated as to our Associations governing structure, rules and bylaws.
The Comment Box to the left would be an easy and QUICK way to ask a question or vote or wish to make your opinion known. Communication back and forth is a positive way to move toward a broader community consensus on Association policy.
Another course to introduce a discussion on a topic important to you would be posing the question on the Blog The Maui Current where a constructive dialog is possible. These alternative ways of elevating the concerns we have gets us an Association that is quicker to react, in a time of emergency or another urgent event that may present itself. This heightened communication is only as good a community tool as the community that participates in this interaction. Its only as good as you give it.
